The Executor's job is to carry out your wishes in your will and would be responsible for your assets after you
have passed away.
For example, give everything to your spouse, if your spouse has predeceased then to your children equally. Or,
if you are single, to your children equally and if the children have predeceased, then to their children.
The will needs to signed and dated. The will should be signed in the presence of two witnesses and notarized. Each
page will also need to be initialed. Specific state regulations for execution have been provided. You must be competent
and understand what the will does and understand the document at the time that it is signed.

you provide direction to your loved ones on how you want to be cared for if your medical conditions becomes terminal
